1. Which Web Hosting package is right for us?

Economy: Suitable for personal homepages, or simple low-budget webpages which don't require their own domain name.

Silver: Suitable for individuals and small businesses who want their own domain name with simple HTML-only webpages which don't require CGI scripting.

Gold: Our most popular package! Suitable for small businesses who require CGI access and possibly secure server access.

Platinum packages: Designed with electronic commerce in mind. These accounts include database connectivity and a wide range of electronic commerce options. Also suitable for pages which require a significant amount of disk space and/or bandwidth.

Commerce packages: For large, complex sites needing all the bells and whistles for a top-notch electronic commerce solution. Also suitable for heavy bandwidth mature sites.

Tips to reduce costs: Pay annually to avoid setup fees and get one month free. Referring new customers to receive a bonus (which at your option can be paid cash or used to reduce your hosting bill).

2. How often will I receive an invoice?

The billing cycle is quarterly or annually. With annual billing there is substantial saving. You pay for 11 months and get one FREE month and also we waive the one-time set up fee. For example:

Gold Account Quarterly: $87.00 ($29.95/month x 3 months) plus $50.00 set up = $139.85

Gold Account Annual: $329.45 ($29.95/month x 11 months)

3. When do I need to pay you?

All accounts (whether quarterly or annually) are required to be paid in advance.

4. What form of payment do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards: MasterCard, Visa, Discover, and American Express. We also accept checks and money orders written in USD.

5. Do you accept wire transfer?

Yes we are set up to accept wire transfer. There is an additional fee of $15.00 that our bank charges us.

6. Once my account comes up for renewal do you automatically charge my credit card if this is how paid for my account previously?

When you sign up with us as a customer you sign a contract authorizing us to charge your credit card. It is stated in that contract that at renewal of your account we will use the same method of receiving payment from you unless you tell us otherwise. We send an email renewal notice (invoice) before any charges are made.

7. Is there an additional charge if I request statements of my account?

We are happy to send out a statement at your request. Should you require a statement, just let our accounting department know by emailing billing@ultratron.net. Please state your domain and company name in the e-mail. This service is FREE.
